Offgrid Reload Empty Cartridge is a refillable empty pod designed for users who prefer custom e-liquid flavors. It allows refilling instead of replacement.
The empty cartridge can full with 10ml capacity of e-liquid. It uses a dual-mesh coil with ~1.0 Ω resistance, which helps produce smooth vapor and good flavor.

How to Fill the Offgrid Reload Empty Cartridge
Step 1: Remove the Cartridge
Pull the cartridge out from the Offgrid Reload device
Step 2: Open the Filling Port
Locate the silicone plug on the side or bottom of the cartridge
Gently lift the plug open
Step 3: Add Offgrid Reload E-Liquid
Insert the e-liquid bottle nozzle into the filling hole
Slowly squeeze to fill the cartridge
Do not overfill (leave a small air gap)
Wipe off any excess e-liquid before closing.
Step 4: Seal the Cartridge
Firmly close the silicone plug
Make sure it is completely sealed to prevent leaks
5. Prime the Coil
If this is a new or freshly refilled cartridge:
Let the filled cartridge sit upright for 5–10 minutes
This allows the e-liquid to fully soak the coil
Skipping this step may cause burnt taste or coil damage.
6. Insert Cartridge & Start Vaping
Insert the cartridge back into the Offgrid Reload device
Ensure it sits firmly (magnetic click)
Place the mouthpiece to your lips
Inhale gently (draw-activated)
No buttons. No settings.
7. Charging the Device
Use a USB-C cable
Plug into a low-power USB source
Charge until full before heavy use
